As I have noted in the past, I am fortunate enough to receive the Eastern Counties Motor Club Newsletter. This always interesting publication is put together by Leigh Trevail. It always covers racing and/or rallying in that area of England.
The latest newsletter includes a number of pictures of the participants of the 1964 Royal Automobile Club (RAC) Rally that were taken when the cars had some competitive stages at the Snetterton race track. The annual RAC Rally was Britain’s most significant rally. This rally has now morphed into Rally GB on the World Rally Championship schedule.
