I am currently in Germany getting ready to compete in the 2016 Baden Classic car rally as the navigator for Harald von Langsdorff. The rally starts on Friday and on Thursday we completed the onsite registration and had the pass technical inspection.
The car we will be using is a borrowed 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300SL. We picked the car up on Wednesday and got it fitted with the rally equipment and set-up to our preference.

Some other interesting cars were at technical inspection at the same time as we were. A couple of these cars are shown at this time.

A Nice MGA
As I put this post together it is very early Friday morning and we are experiencing a light shower. Looks like we might have to run this rally with the convertible top up. Rain has been spotty during the last couple of days and hopefully this light shower will stop soon.
I will be posting more about this rally in the upcoming days.
