Save Saturday February 13, 2016 for the Winter Challenge rally in Vermont. This is one of the top winter rallies in the northeast USA and should not be missed. I will have more details on this event as the details emerge from rallymaster John Buffum.
I will be navigating once again for Dave Siesicki. We have again taken up the challenge of trying to win this event with a two-wheel car in a sea of all-wheel drive cars. We have won this rally once and will try to repeat that victory.
Myself & Dave Siesicki A The Winter Challenge Rally In 2014
Dave & I have rallied together many times, starting with a number of gravel stage rallies when Dave drove an Audi. As a result, Dave is comfortable on the slippery road surfaces of Vermont.
Dave’s Honda Collected A Lot Of Snow During The Winter Challenge
We will be rallying in Dave’s front-wheel drive Honda. It is a capable car in the snow, but from a competition point of view we hope that the there is not too much snow because we don’t want to give the all-wheel drive cars too much of an advantage.
I Will Be Using My Timewise 798A In The Equipped Class
We will be competing in the Class A or Equipped Class in this event as we are aiming for an Overall win in this rally. I will be using my Timewise 798A rally computer to help with the timing and navigation issues.
Once again, save Saturday February 13, 2016 for the Winter Challenge rally in Vermont.
