This weekend, my motorcycle club, the British Iron Association of Massachusetts will be hosting the 24th Annual Spring Motorcycle Show at the Singletary Rod and Gun Club in Oxford, Massachusetts. The British Iron Association of Massachusetts is a group of men and women passionate about the idea of British motorcycling. Though we are Massachusetts-based, we have members from as far away as Alaska, England, and points in between. At any given ride, motorcycle show, or meeting, you can expect to see members riding their favorite Triumph, BSA, Norton, AJS, Ariel, Vincent, Greeves, or Matchless motorcycle.
At the Spring Motorcycle Show you can expect to see British motorcycles is in all sorts of configurations – stock, chopper, café racer, and any combination; new Hinckleys or old Bonnevilles. In addition, you will also likely see some BMW, Honda, Harley, Suzuki, Ducati, Yamaha, Moto Guzzi, Kawasaki or any other brand of motorcycle.
This event is a good way to spend part of your Memorial Day weekend. Spring time is always a very optimistic time of year for motorcyclists, as we look forward to a great summer riding season.
