Targa Newfoundland Wednesday Update

We had another great day at Targa Newfoundland.  Rick MacLeod and I managed to “clean” this day as well as the previous two days which keeps us in first place (tied with two others) in the Grand Touring (GT) Class.

We are in Clarenville tonight and tomorrow we will be heading down to the Marytown area.  The Targa Class remains very close, but frankly our focus is on the GT Class.

The Porsche Cayenne is still running well and has proved to be a good choice.  We have raised a considerable amount of money for Darryl Deagle 10-month old daughter’s education saving account.  Other competitors have been very generous.

The times tomorrow will be very difficult to acheive, so we will have to work hard to remain penalty free.

I am using a borrowed computer so I need to wind this report up.

More tomorrow,

Steve
